Lenore Beauty is a UK-based beauty brand operating through our website at lenorebeauty.co. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.


2. Orders

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. This does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.


3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.


4. Payment

We accept all major payment methods including credit and debit cards, and any buy-now-pay-later services available at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order. All transactions are processed securely.


5. Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Delivery times and costs are displayed at checkout. We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.


6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on new and unopened items purchased from our website within 30 days of the purchase date. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may initiate a return within this timeframe by contacting us at hello@lenorebeauty.co. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. We do not accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene reasons. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.


7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@lenorebeauty.co with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
